Think of it like this: If you're a digital nomad, Brazil just made it easier and better for you to live there. Imagine you had a short-term library card for Brazil, and now they've made it a much longer one, so you don't have to keep renewing it. Also, when you show them proof that you earn money from outside Brazil, they used to be a bit vague about what they wanted to see. Now, they've clearly said, 'Show us your work contracts and your bank statements from the last year.' This means you know exactly what to bring, making it less confusing for you to get your visa.
