Legal
Terms of use
Last updated on publication of this release.
1. Informational service only
goborda monitors, verifies and explains publicly available policy information. Nothing on the platform is legal advice, and no lawyer-client or advisor-client relationship is created by using it. Always confirm with the official source or a licensed immigration professional before acting.
2. Accuracy and timeliness
We work from published sources and label each record with a status, source tier, confidence score and verification state. Policy can change without notice, and sources can be corrected or withdrawn. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the profile details you provide for relevance matching. Do not share an account across people.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the platform at scale, resell our analyses as your own, or use goborda to present unverified claims as official guidance.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, goborda is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information published on the platform, including missed deadlines, refused applications or travel disruption.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
