The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted an Expression of Interest (EOI) draw (No. 277) for the Skilled Workers stream, issuing 53 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). These LAAs were exclusively issued to candidates who had been directly invited by the MPNP through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative (SRI) or the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permit Issuance for Provincial Nominee Program Candidates.
