Denmark Extends Biometric Recording Deadline for Immigration Applications

Denmark's Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) has temporarily given immigration applicants more time to record their biometric features. This change started on 9 September 2026. Applicants now have four weeks to complete this step after sending their application, instead of the previous two weeks. This change helps with the high demand for biometric appointments. It applies to many types of immigration applications.
