Denmark Launches New Digital Application for Accompanying Family of Permanent Residents

The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) has introduced a new digital application. This application is called MF4. It is for family members who want residence permits to live with people who have permanent residence in Denmark. This permanent residence must have been gained through work or study. From 14 October 2026, this digital platform will be the only way to submit such applications. This means previous paper forms and other digital applications, MF1 and MF2, will no longer be valid for this specific group. This change aims to make the application process easier for accompanying family members.
