Denmark Resumes Processing Asylum Cases for Iranian Nationals

The Danish Immigration Service has announced that they are no longer suspending the processing of asylum applications from people from Iran. This decision follows a ruling by the Coordination Committee of the Refugee Appeals Board, which decided there were no longer enough reasons to keep the suspension. The Immigration Service now expects to begin calling Iranian asylum seekers for interviews during the first quarter of 2027.
