New Managed Fund Requirements for Active Investor Plus Visa in New Zealand
From 28 September 2026, Immigration New Zealand has new rules for managed funds and direct investments. These are for the Active Investor Plus (AIP) Visa. Managed funds must now provide plans that show how they will invest money. If an investment is rejected, you must wait six months before applying again. Invest New Zealand now has more power over investments that have been approved. These changes aim to make investments better. They also give investors and fund managers clearer information. This makes sure investments help New Zealand's economy to grow.
